Submission Terms

These Submission Terms apply when you submit a story or related materials to AI Saved Me (the "Site"), operated by AI Saved Me, LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By submitting content, you agree to these terms.

1) What you are submitting

A "Submission" includes any materials you provide to the Site, including:

  • story text
  • quotes or summaries
  • images or photos
  • links or supporting materials
  • any other content you choose to include

2) Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you submit.

By submitting, you confirm that:

  • the information is truthful to the best of your knowledge
  • you have the rights necessary to submit all content and images
  • your Submission does not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, privacy, or publicity rights
  • you have permission from anyone identifiable in images or described in a way that could reasonably identify them

You agree not to submit content that is misleading, defamatory, or unlawful.

3) Editorial review and publication

All Submissions are reviewed before publication.

We may:

  • edit wording for clarity, length, tone, or formatting
  • restructure or adapt material for readability and consistency
  • normalize structure, titles, or tool references
  • add categories, labels, or contextual information
  • use AI-assisted tools as part of the editorial process

We aim to preserve your voice and intent while making stories clear and accessible.

Submission does not guarantee publication. We may decline, remove, or stop displaying content at our discretion.

4) License you grant to AI Saved Me

You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting, you grant AI Saved Me, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:

  • use, host, store, reproduce, and display your Submission
  • publish your Submission on the Site
  • edit, modify, adapt, translate, and create derivative works from your Submission
  • generate summaries, excerpts, headlines, and related content
  • process your Submission using automated systems, including AI tools
  • distribute and share your Submission in any media or format, now known or later developed
  • use your Submission in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Site

This includes use in:

  • story pages
  • previews, thumbnails, and social sharing formats
  • email communications
  • future product features or formats

This license continues even if your Submission is not published or is later removed from the Site.

5) Images and visual presentation

If you upload an image or photo, you grant permission for us to:

  • display, reproduce, and adapt the image
  • resize, crop, or format it for different layouts
  • include it in previews, thumbnails, and social sharing images

If you choose anonymous attribution, we will not publish a personal image associated with your identity.

6) Attribution and anonymity

You may choose how your name is displayed, such as:

  • full name
  • first name only
  • anonymous

We will honor your preference when reasonably possible.

Your email address is not publicly displayed.

7) Verification and follow-up

We may contact you to:

  • verify details
  • request clarification
  • confirm permission before publication in some cases

Some stories may go through a contributor review step before publication, especially when editorial changes are substantial.

Not all stories require additional approval before publishing.

8) No guarantee of outcomes or endorsement

We do not endorse or guarantee:

  • the outcomes described in your story
  • any tools, products, or services mentioned

Your story reflects your personal experience.

9) Removal and changes

If your story is published and you later request changes or removal, we will evaluate requests case-by-case.

We consider:

  • privacy concerns
  • editorial integrity
  • public interest

We cannot guarantee removal in all cases, but we will review requests in good faith.

10) Indemnification

You are responsible for your Submission.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Saved Me, LLC from claims arising out of:

  • your Submission
  • your violation of these terms
  • your violation of any third-party rights
