Before

As a busy founder, I had been putting off important health checkups for years.

I was always prioritizing work over my health. It was easy to delay things that didn’t feel urgent.

What changed

At the beginning of the year, I spent time using ChatGPT and Claude to think more seriously about my health goals.

During that process, ChatGPT strongly suggested that I get certain types of cancer screening.

That pushed me to finally take action.

Outcome

I followed through and got the screenings done.

In one of them, they found early-stage signs of what could have become a dangerous cancer. Because it was caught early, I was able to address it and avoid serious consequences.

If I had waited a few more years, things could have turned out very differently. Instead, I’m completely fine.

How to try this yourself

Try a prompt such as:

“I am [enter age here] years old and work as a [enter profession/role here]. My current medical history includes [list medical history list, any known symptoms, and family history here.]

I have not had a full physical or medical screening in [number] years.

Based on current clinical guidelines (like the USPSTF) for my demographic, what are the top 3–5 preventative screenings I should prioritize to catch potential 'silent' issues like early-stage cancer or cardiovascular disease? Please explain the risks of delaying these.”
